These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of lyvewoman.com and any purchase you make from Lyve, a brand owned and operated by Daredia Life Sciences Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us"). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By browsing lyvewoman.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or purchasing under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order on our website. By ordering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Products & health disclaimer

• Lyve products are food supplements, not medicines, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
• Statements about our products have not been evaluated for therapeutic claims. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication, or managing a medical condition.
• Product images, packaging and descriptions are for illustration; actual packaging may vary slightly due to ongoing improvements.
• We reserve the right to modify formulations, discontinue products, or update ingredient information, always in line with FSSAI regulations.

4. Orders & pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — in which case we will notify you and issue a full refund for any amount paid.
• An order is confirmed only once you receive an order confirmation email or SMS from us.
• Promotional codes and offers are valid for the period stated and cannot be combined unless explicitly mentioned.

5. Subscriptions

• Subscribe & Save orders renew automatically at the frequency selected at checkout, and your saved payment method will be charged unless you cancel before the next billing date.
• You can pause, modify or cancel your subscription any time by writing to care@lyvewoman.com, with changes taking effect from the next billing cycle.
• Subscription pricing and discounts are subject to change with prior notice; you're always free to cancel if a change doesn't work for you.

6. Intellectual property

All content on lyvewoman.com — including the Lyve name, logo, product formulations, photography, illustrations and copy — is the property of Lyve or its licensors, and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.

7. User conduct

You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting unauthorised access, submitting false information, or using the site for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lyve is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

9. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
